The Clones

These three tabby clones were born in the basement of a Somerville butcher shop to their stray mother and never saw the light of day until they crawled out looking for her after a few days of hunger, just like Roseanne and Josephine. When rescued, all three of them were so malnourished that their growth was rather stunted. At three months of age, they looked smaller than the average two month old kitten! We at C.A.R.E. strongly believe that it is best for kittens to go home with another buddy, so that they can learn and express their natural cat behavior. From experience we've observed that kittens who grow up playing with another playful cat are much more likely to grow up to be active, playful cats. Therefore, these kittens must be adopted out ideally as a trio, or as a pair. A single kitten adoption will be considered for a household that already has another young or playful cat.
